More Plumeria

The plumeria is beginning to bloom. It has a very faint citrus scent...like a light, summery perfume. A friend of mine owns a pink plumeria...they seem to have a stronger fragrance.

A few days ago.

At 6 pm this evening.

Close up from underneath. I love the graceful lines.

Looking into its heart....it's a bit fuzzy. There are tiny little "hairs" down through the center.

Hi Sara, brilliant photos, lovely that you have taken some more to how us how they are growing. The one with the hand showing the flower is outstanding.

Just to let you know and in case you would like to pop over to my blog and have a look, I was at the Edinburgh Tattoo just over a week ago and will be posting photos this week, I know you like the bag-pipes and drums. It rained for the whole two and a half hours of the show.

Have missed you on ABC Wednesday 3this time.
