One blog or two?

Hello dear friends who come to visit me here at Come Away With Me....

I've been doing some thinking and have decided that one blog is better than two....at least for me at this point in time. So....I don't expect to be posting here on Come Away With Me in the foreseeable future, but will be concentrating all my efforts on my original blog: Much Ado About Something. I hope you will come visit me there!

What I Saw

Yesterday I went for a walk along the beach...

8 ships and counting....yes, we have the second busiest port on the Pacific Coast.

White Geraniums

White geraniums in the sun....

Each little hair (do you call that "hair" on a plant?) is lit up by the sun.

Petals glowing with light, and graceful, flowing lines and shapes....so simple yet so lovely.



A very tiny worm is enjoying a meal of white silkiness, chewing small, perfectly round holes in the petals.

Isn't God an amazing Artist?

A Rose like a Flame

On my canal walk the other day I passed many gorgeous roses....

This one burns with an inner light that glows even in the brightness of the sun.

Everywhere you look are little bits of beauty....
